After your purchase, your code will be available in the Gift Market bot. Copy it.

💡 Sometimes an order includes multiple codes — this is how top-ups work in some regions. Redeem each code to receive the full top-up amount.

Step 2. Redeem your code
Choose the method that's most convenient for you.

On PlayStation 5

1. Open PlayStation Store.
2. Select the ⋯ menu in the top-right corner.
3. Choose Redeem Code.
4. Enter your code and confirm the redemption

On PlayStation 4

1. Open PlayStation Store.
2. From the left-hand menu, select Redeem Codes.
3. Enter your code and confirm the redemption.

In a web browser

1. Open PlayStation Store.
2. Sign in to your PlayStation account.
3. Open the Redeem Code page.
4. Enter your code and confirm the redemption.

Important

• The gift card region must match your PlayStation account region.
• A gift card can only be redeemed once.
• If you received multiple codes, redeem each one — only then will the full top-up amount be credited to your account balance.

If you already have a PlayStation account, you generally cannot change its region to use a gift card from another region. Changing your console or device region will not help either — the gift card must match your PlayStation account region.

If you want to use a gift card from a different region, you can try creating a new PlayStation account and selecting the desired region during registration.

⚠️ Please note: In some cases, PlayStation may verify whether your location matches the selected region, so this method may not always work. Purchases, subscriptions, and account balance will remain tied to the new account and cannot be transferred to your main account.

A gift card can only be redeemed on an account from the region it was issued for.
For example, a US gift card cannot be redeemed on a Turkey account, and a Turkey gift card cannot be redeemed on a UK account.

Please check that:

• the gift card region matches your account region;
• you've entered the 12-digit code correctly;
• the code hasn't already been redeemed.
