Rules for Conducting the Entertainment Event

1. These Rules regulate the procedure and conditions for conducting the entertainment event called “Gift Fest” (hereinafter – the “Event”). Familiarization with the Rules is a mandatory condition for participation in the Event.
2. The Rules define the group of persons participating in the Event, the conditions, terms, and procedure for conducting the Event, as well as the conditions, terms, and procedure for conducting the prize draw, and the rights and obligations of the Organizer and Participants.
3. The Event is held on the Telegram Mini Apps platform called “Gift Fest” (hereinafter – the “Platform”).
4. Only users of the Platform may participate in the Event.
5. Organizer of the Event:Step Mania LTD House Of Francis, Room 303, Ile Du Port, Mahe, Seychelles

6. Event dates:
6.1. Start date: November 25, 2025.
6.2. End date: December 28, 2025.
6.3. Prize draw period: November 2, 2025 – December 28, 2025.
6.4. Prize distribution period: until January 31, 2026.

7. These Rules, jointly with the relevant sections of the Platform, are supplemented by and subject to the applicable provisions of the Platform’s Terms of Use and other applicable rules posted on the Platform.
8. In case of discrepancies between these Rules and the rules posted in the corresponding sections of the Platform, the latter shall prevail.
9. Information regarding the conditions, dates, and procedure of the Event, including information about changes, is published in the relevant section of the Platform and in the Organizer’s Telegram channel. The Organizer may modify the conditions, dates, and procedure of the Event, as well as the conditions, dates, and procedure of the prize draw.
10. Participation in the Event is free of charge.
11. To participate in the Event, a participant must complete the tasks presented on the Platform.
12. The rules for completing tasks are contained in the corresponding section of the Platform.
13. For proper and timely completion of tasks in accordance with the requirements set by the Organizer, participants receive the right to participate in the prize draw.
14. The winner is determined by randomly selecting a unique participant number — Telegram ID. A random number generator (on the website randomus.ru*) determines a random number corresponding to one of the Telegram IDs of participants.
*randomus.ru is an external resource not affiliated with the Organizer, and the Organizer cannot influence its results.
The participant whose Telegram ID matches the randomly generated number is considered the winner and receives a prize.
15. The Organizer awards the winners in accordance with these Rules and the applicable laws.
16. The prize fund is formed by the Organizer, created in advance before the Event, and used solely for awarding prizes to the winners.
16.1The content of the prize fund is published in the corresponding section of the Platform. Relations related to the use of promo codes, certificates, and partner products arise directly between the participant and the respective partner (service or store). The Organizer is not responsible for the quality or the terms of the services provided by partners.

17. Prizes are not subject to exchange for cash and cannot be transferred to third parties.
18. The Organizer reserves the right to replace prizes with equivalent ones of similar value without prior notice to participants
19. The number of prizes is limited. The depletion of the prize fund does not oblige the Organizer to provide additional prizes or replace them with an equivalent.
20. The Organizer has the right to terminate the participation of those participants who violate the Rules, use cheat codes, bots, or any other methods of artificially improving their results while completing tasks presented on the Platform
21.In accordance with the applicable legislation, the Organizer of the Event may be recognized as a tax agent or bear similar obligations with respect to individuals who are deemed winners of the Event and who have received prizes in the prescribed manner based on its results.
Consequently, the Organizer of the Event may be required to withhold and remit to the budget the amount of personal income tax or an equivalent tax calculated on the value of the prize (or monetary reward).
In accordance with the applicable legislation, with respect to in-kind prizes awarded based on the results of the Event, the Organizer of the Event may be required to report to the tax authorities the impossibility of withholding personal income tax or an equivalent tax.
22. Any monetary prizes are paid non-cash by transferring funds to the winners’ bank accounts.
23. The Organizer publishes the list of winners in the corresponding section of the Platform
24. The winner must provide all documents and information required to receive the prize within 5 calendar days from the date of publication of the winners’ list in the corresponding section of the Platform
25. If the winner does not provide or refuses to provide the documents and information required to receive the prize, the Organizer has the right to refuse the prize issuance and to dispose of the prize at its own discretion.
26. The participant consents to the processing of personal data (including Telegram ID, contact details, and information provided for prize issuance). Personal data is processed exclusively for the purposes of conducting the Event, awarding prizes, and fulfilling the Organizer’s obligations. The retention period for personal data is up to 3 years after the Event ends. Withdrawal of consent results in the termination of participation in the Event
27. All disputed matters shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation. The applicable legislation shall be the laws of the Seychelles
28. Participation in the Event constitutes full agreement with these Rules.
